How it works
- Order the suitable repair service.
- Pack the component dry and protected against impacts. Include the order number, vehicle model and a short fault description.
- Send it to the address above. After processing, we return it to your delivery address.
You arrange the inbound shipment. Any return shipping costs are shown at checkout. For FRM3 repair, no appointment is needed and you do not have to wait for a separate address confirmation.
Lithium batteries
Before shipping, send photos for a pre-check and clarify the shipping conditions with the carrier. Do not send damaged batteries or batteries showing signs of a problem as ordinary parcels. The sender is responsible for classification, packaging, labelling and permitted transport.
